Manpower Inc. to Acquire CRI Inc. to Strengthen U.S. Market Presence in
Recruitment Process Outsourcing
CRI Inc., a Leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing Service Provider, to
Operate Under the Manpower Business Solutions Service Line

entered into an agreement to acquire CRI Inc., a leading recruitment process
outsourcing (RPO) service provider headquartered in Los Angeles. CRI will
operate under the Manpower Business Solutions (MBS) service line within
Manpower North America.
