EPiC Energy Resources Files Notification of Late Filing for Its Fiscal Year
2007 Results
HOUSTON, March 31, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EPiC Energy Resources,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EPCC) ("EPiC") a provider of engineering &
consulting services to the energy industry, has filed a notification of late
filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its annual report
on Form 10-KSB. Due to the company's recent acquisitions and installation of
new accounting and enterprise software, it has experienced some delays in
assembling certain information needed to complete the review of its
consolidated financial statements in sufficient time to allow the filing of
the annual report by March 31, 2008. The company intends on filing its annual
report on Form 10-KSB on or before April 15, 2008.
