Major Contract Win

The Company (AIM:SNS) is pleased to announce that Silanis Technology Inc.
("Silanis"), the leading electronic signature provider, has secured a contract
worth approximately US $570,000 to provide electronic signing solutions to a US
top 50 insurance provider.

Silanis will provide enterprise e-signature capabilities for use in life, home
and auto insurance, initially addressing agent driven application completion for
life insurance.

In the past, the insurance provider's electronic life insurance application
reverted back to paper format at the point of execution, defeating the purpose
and foregoing the advantages and efficiencies of automation. Silanis will take
the unique characteristics of its e-signature process management platform which
provides evidence capture, process management and multiple signing methods - and
enable this functionality to work in an offline fashion by leveraging Silanis'
existing desktop applications, ideally suiting field agent salesforce
automation.

The client will save steps in workflow, eliminate backlog, generate sales and
reduce operational costs, whilst maintaining the ability to produce secure,
auditable and verifiable business records.
