Board Changes
The Company (AIM:SNS) is pleased to announce that leading e-signature provider
Silanis Technology Inc. ("Silanis") has appointed Justin LaFayette as Executive
Chairman and Director of Silanis, and Director of the Company. Jonathan Wener,
currently Silanis' non-executive Chairman, will remain a non-executive Director
and continue to play an active role in the development of Silanis. Both
appointments are effective immediately.
Justin David Channing LaFayette, aged 38, joins Silanis with a wealth of
experience in the field of data management. Previously, Mr. LaFayette was
founder and Executive Chairman of DWL Inc. ("DWL") a market leader in the field
of Master Data Management, a software and services market which analysts predict
will be worth $10 billion by 2012. DWL was successfully sold to IBM in 2005.
Prior to the acquisition by IBM, DWL had become a leader in data management
within the financial services sector attracting a number of blue chip customers
including MetLife, Unum Provident, SunTrust Bank and Nationwide. Following the
acquisition, Mr. LaFayette remained with IBM as Vice President of Strategy,
Information Platform and Solutions, expanding IBM's reach into a broader set of
Information Management capabilities.

In accordance with the Executive Consulting Agreement between Mr. LaFayette and Silanis,
Mr. LaFayette shall be granted stock options to purchase 1,440,000 Class C Exchangeable
shares of Silanis pursuant to Silanis' Amended and Restated 2007 Stock Option Plan.
