Transaction in Own Shares


Indochina Capital Vietnam Holdings Ltd announces that on 28th March 2008 it
purchased 9,500 Ordinary Shares at an average price of US$7.72 per share, to be
held as treasury shares.


Following the transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury
is 1,058,642 and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue after deducting
shares held in treasury is 46,008,029.
