                              Total Voting Rights


The Company advises that its issued share capital increased to 110,048,829
ordinary shares of 10p each as at 31 March 2008 following the exercise of 75,938
options on 25 March 2008. Each share carries the right to one vote. The Company
holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary
shares with voting rights is 110,048,829.

The above figure of 110,048,829 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
