                               DIRECTOR'S DEALING


The board of the Company was informed that Crispin Barker, a director, acquired
shares in the Company, as follows:-

As a result, Mr Barker has an interest in 32,430,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 21.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.



The issued share capital of the Company is 147,502,437 ordinary shares.
