Director Dealings


The Company was informed on 28 March 2008, that  the beneficial interest in
34,483 ordinary shares of €0.01 each were purchased by Cecil Hayes, a director
of Norkom, at a price of  €1.45 per share on 28 March 2008.

Subsequent to the purchase of these shares Cecil Hayes' beneficial shareholding
in the Company is 1,486,462 ordinary shares, representing 1.66% of the Company's
total issued ordinary share capital.
