PayCycle Adds Vice President of Human Resources to Management Team

PALO ALTO, CA, Mar 31 (MARKET WIRE) --

appointment of Jacqueline A. Hendy to the new position of Vice President of
Human Resources. In this role, Ms. Hendy assumes responsibility for all
HR-related activities at this fast-growing company, headquartered in Palo
Alto, California, with offices in Schaumburg, Illinois. PayCycle is the fastest
growing small business payroll provider in the United States with over 60,000
small business customers. Ms. Hendy reports to Jim Heeger, president and CEO of
PayCycle,and will serve as a member of the PayCycle Executive Team.

Ms. Hendy has over 10 years of human resources management experience in
domestic and international high technology organizations. Previously she
served as Vice President of Human Resources USA and Asia Operations for
AIXTRON AG; as Vice President, Human Resources, for AIXTRON, Inc.
(formerlyGenus, Inc.), of Sunnyvale, California; and she has held various human
resource
management positions for Santa Clara County.

Ms. Hendy holds a Master's of Public Administration with an emphasis on HR
Management from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's of Science -
Sociology from California State University, Fresno.
