 AGORA INVESTMENT PLANS
 Polish media group Agora AGOD.WA could spend 1 billion
zlotys ($447.2 million) on acquisitions, company's Chief
Executive Officer Marek Sowa told daily Rzeczpospolita,
repeating earlier comments.
 
 POLNORD FORECAST
 Polish builder Polnord PNOR.WA expects its operating
profit to surpass 200 million zlotys this year as it revenue
pushes beyond 1 billion thanks to diversified projects, its
chief executive was quoted as saying on Monday.
 
 ASSECO PLANS
 Poland's largest IT firm Asseco Poland SOBK.WA plans
several acquisitions of small IT firms in Germany, preferably
with clients in the banking sector, the firm's chief executive

 MILLENNIUM DIVIDEND
 Polish mid-sized bank Millennium BIGW.WA said on Friday it
would pay a 2007 dividend of 0.17 zlotys per share, or a total

 PKN DEAL WITH UNIONS
 Poland's largest oil group PKN PKNA.WA has reached a  deal
to increase salaries by 3.5 percent this year  [ID:nL28285504]
