UPDATE 1-RadNet posts wider 4th-qtr net loss

March 31 (Reuters) - RadNet Inc (RDNT.O), which provides diagnostic imaging services, posted a wider fourth-quarter net loss as it was hurt by several non-cash expenses and one-time items.
It posted a quarterly net loss of $11.7 million, or 33 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $11 million, or 35 cents a share, for the two-month period ended Dec. 31, 2006.
The loss-per-share calculation was based on a weighted average number of outstanding diluted shares of 35.5 million for the latest fourth quarter and 31 million for the year-ago period, RadNet said in a statement .
Adjusted revenue for the quarter was $110.9 million.
Analysts on average were expecting the company to post a profit of 1 cent a share, before special items, on revenue of $112.1 million, according to Reuters Estimates.
The company forecast 2008 revenue of $470 million to $500 million. Analysts were expecting $488.6 million.
