Hungary's junior government party may pull ministers out
BUDAPEST |
BUDAPEST (Reuters) - The junior party in Hungary's coalition government is to discuss pulling its ministers out of the cabinet at a meeting later on Monday, party leader Janos Koka said.
"The parliamentary faction proposes to the meeting of party leadership in the evening to decide on withdrawing the Free Democrat ministers and state secretaries from the government," Koka told reporters after a meeting of the party's parliamentary group.
"The Prime Minister in his speech on Saturday broke the agreement between the Socialists and liberals," he said after Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany sacked the Free Democrat health minister.
