TDC, Nokia Siemens win Finnish fibre network deal

HELSINKI, April 9 (Reuters) - Denmark's TDC (TDC.CO), telecom network equipment maker Nokia Siemens Networks [NSN.UL] and Finnish Teknomeria have won a deal to supply an optical fibre network to the Finnish IT centre for science, CSC.

Nokia Siemens said in a statement CSC is renewing its Funet university and research communications network, covering the whole country, but did not disclose the value of the deal. (Reporting by Sami Torma; Editing by Paul Bolding)
