Biofutures was yesterday notified that on 9 April 2008 Mr. Chong Kim Chan
transferred 4,280,264 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") (representing approximately 2.83 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company) to Arthur J Stewart Group Limited, free of value. Arthur J
Stewart Group Limited is a company based in the British Virgin Islands which is
wholly owned by Mr. Chong Kim Chan. Mr. Chong Kim Chan continues to hold
1,000,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.66 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company) in his own name and therefore his
beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unaltered at
5,280,264 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.5 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
