Annual Report and Accounts 2007; Notice of 2008 AGM; Amendments to Articles of
Association


     Two copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2007 and Notice of Meeting of Annual General Meeting 2008 have
today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for
inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is
situated at:

            A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts will be available on the

At the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2008, it is proposed that the Company's
Articles of Association be amended.  A summary of the proposed changes is set
out in the Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting and the draft amended Articles
of Association are available for inspection at the Company's registered office.
Copies have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility (see above) today.
