                           Additional listing and TVR

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 478,239 new
ordinary shares in Desire following the exercise of an equivalent number of
options on 9 April 2008. 478,239 options were exercised at 20.11p per share.
Admission is expected to occur on 16 April 2008.

Following the exercise of these options, Desire has 227,606,251 ordinary shares
in issue with an equivalent number of voting rights.
