RxElite Announces Preferred Contract Status Awarded for Their Anesthetic Gas Products by Nueterra Healthcare

 RxElite, Inc. (OTCBB: RXEI) is pleased to announce that it has been
selected by  Nueterra Healthcare  as a "preferred supplier" to supply Nueterra
Healthcare with  anesthetic gas products. Effective February 8, 2008, RxElite
was
awarded the contract listing for all classes of trade for Sojourn(TM)
(Sevoflurane) and Terrell(TM) (Isoflurane).  Sevoflurane is the most commonly
used
anesthetic gas in the United States and Isoflurane continues to be used
widely in anesthesia practice.
