EURASIA DRILLING ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF DRILLING RIG FABRICATION WITH
LETOURNEAU TECHNOLOGIES INC


Eurasia Drilling Company Limited ("EDC" or the "Company") announces the signing
and commencement of a project with LeTourneau Technologies Inc. ("LeTourneau")
for the fabrication of onshore drilling rigs at an assembly facility in
Kaliningrad, Russia. The Project team has commenced work on the site and the
design for the first rig is completed.

The Company expects to construct 10 to 15 onshore drilling rigs per year within
the next two years.

Mr. Alexander Djaparidze, CEO of EDC said: "This Project will ensure that the
Company has a ready supply of "fit for purpose" onshore drilling rigs to meet
the Company's future expansion plans."

EDC is the largest independent provider of onshore drilling services in Russia,
as measured by the number of meters drilled, providing onshore integrated well
construction services and workover services. In addition, the Company provides
offshore drilling services in the Caspian Sea. The Company offers its onshore
integrated well construction services and workover services to local and
international oil and gas companies primarily in Russia and its offshore
drilling services to Russian and international oil and gas companies in the
Russian, Kazakh and Turkmen sectors of the Caspian Sea.
