Appoints John Thomas Financial, Inc. as Exclusive Investment Banker

WARREN, N.J., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- AMBER Alert Safety Centers, Inc.
today announced that the Company has raised $2 million in a private financing
with several institutional and accredited investors.  The proceeds will be
used to fund strategic growth initiatives centered on establishing and
operating 427 AMBER Alert Safety Centers throughout the U.S. in collaboration
with Simon Malls and General Growth Properties, local law enforcement and
several leading cellular phone service carriers.
    The Company further reported that it has engaged John Thomas Financial,
Inc., a New York-based full service broker dealer offering client-centric
brokerage and investment banking services, as its exclusive investment banker
and corporate advisor.  John Thomas served as the placement agent on the $2
million financing.
