Leading interactive marketing agency announces retirement for President of
India Operations, Pradeep Vegunta; names new replacement

NEW YORK, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Zeta Interactive, a full-service,
interactive marketing agency combining industry-leading management and
best-of-breed proprietary technologies, today announced the appointment of
Anil Unnikrishnan as the company's new President of India Operations.
Unnikrishnan is an eight year digital marketing veteran who has been with
Zeta Interactive since 2004 (then Zustek), and formerly led the company's Full
Services team. His specialty has been the development of new products and
email deployment along with new client transitions into the full-service
environment. He will be responsible for the further expansion of a vital
outpost of Zeta Interactive and driving the integrated technology solutions
that have become a hallmark of the company.
He will replace Pradeep Vegunta, who announced his retirement earlier this
week after years of leadership and guidance in the digital marketing industry.
Vegunta had been with Zustek since 2001, and served as the India office
president for Zeta Interactive since February of this year.
"Pradeep has been a valued leader for Zeta Interactive, and has played an
instrumental role in building our company into one of today's leading
full-service digital marketing agencies," said Al DiGuido, CEO of Zeta
Interactive. "Anil will bring a fresh approach and leadership to the Indian
operations at a time when we continue to see this team as integrally important
to our current and future operations. His vision, work ethic and passion for
taking Zeta Interactive India to the next level will bring added value to the
company as we expand our operations."
Unnikrishnan will join a team of 11 recently named senior management
leaders, and will report directly to CEO, Al DiGuido.
This announcement follows steady progress within Zeta Interactive since
its launch. Over the past five months, the company has grown its client
roster to more than 200 customers, and recently announced the signings of
Fortune 1000 companies such as Foxwoods Resort Casino, The Weather Channel and
Century 21. The company has also opened its corporate headquarters in a
13,000 square-foot Manhattan office, and increased its staff to over 300
employees. Zeta Interactive will also be opening new offices in India in the
coming months to support the growth of the company's international presence.
