ADVENTIS GROUP PLC ("Adventis" or "the Company")

10 April 2008

FINAL DIVIDEND

Further to the announcement today of the Company's preliminary results for the
year ended 31 December 2007 ("Final Results"), Adventis confirms that the
recommended final dividend of 0.484p per share will be paid on 27 June 2008 to
shareholders on the register on 6 June 2008, subject to approval at the
Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2008.
