Center on Budget and Policy Priorities Conference Call: Comparing the House
and Senate Housing Relief Tax Packages

The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities will hold a conference call
briefing on Friday, April 11 at 11:00 a.m. (ET) to discuss competing Senate
and House plans that are supposed to assist struggling homeowners and
communities hard-hit by foreclosures with a focus primarily on the tax
provisions of those bills.  

The Center has issued an analysis of the tax provisions of the housing bill
the Senate is considering (http://www.cbpp.org/4-8-08tax.htm) and before the
briefing will issue an analysis of the housing tax package proposed in the
House by the Ways and Means Committee.

After opening remarks, the panelists will take questions.
