NAPERVILLE, Ill., April 10, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tellabs will
host an investor teleconference to discuss its first-quarter 2008 results at
7:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time on Tuesday, April 22. The results news release
