Certified Vacations Group, Inc. & Continental Airlines Announce New Tour Operator Relationship

Continental Service to Be Available via Certified's Private-Label
Future Vacations Brand for the First Time
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
Certified Vacations Group, Inc. and Continental Airlines
(NYSE:CAL) will be entering into a new Tour Operator Agreement, which
will make Continental service available via Certified's private-label
Future Vacations brand for the first time. The addition of Continental
brings to 18 the total number of airlines featured in the Future
Vacations product line, with further announcements on additional
expansion planned for the coming weeks.

The agreement coincides with Continental's selection of MLT
Vacations to assume management of the Continental Airlines Vacations
brand, effective January 1, 2009. Certified Vacations has served as
the official operator of Continental Airlines Vacations since 1997.

In line with its commitment to superior customer service,
Certified Vacations will continue to manage all Continental Airlines
Vacations bookings through December 31, 2008 regardless of effective
dates of travel.

The new Tour Operator Agreement is the latest in a series of moves
made by Certified Vacations to bolster the Future Vacations brand.
Last month, Certified reached a new Tour Operator Agreement with Delta
Air Lines, while also unveiling several new air service options
available via Future Vacations. In February 2008 Future Vacations'
Caribbean product was expanded with the introduction of packages to
six new destinations - Bonaire, Curacao, Guadeloupe, Martinique,
Tobago and St. Kitts/Nevis - while in 2007, packages were added to
Dubai, Israel, South Africa and Loreto, Mexico.
