Smartcool receives further order from distributor, phase one of Australian
multi-site rollout completed

VANCOUVER, April 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSXV:
SSC), is pleased to announce that Smartcool Systems International Inc., a 100%
wholly owned subsidiary, has received a second order for a further 20 of its
Energy Savings Module (ESM(TM)) Systems from Smartcool Systems Australia Pty.
Ltd. ("SSC Australia"), the exclusive distributor of the ESM(TM) energy
efficiency technology for Australia and New Zealand.
In conjunction with our previous news release dated March 11, 2008, this
equipment will be utilized to complete Phase 1 of a multi-site rollout for
Stockland Corporation Limited, Australia's largest and most diversified
property developer (www.stockland.com.au).
