BRMALLS and CR2 Announce a Commercial Development and Retail Expansion in
Annex to Shopping Plaza Niteroi

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil, April 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BRMALLS
Participacoes S.A. (Bovespa: BRML3), leader in the shopping mall sector in
Brazil, and CR2 Empreendimentos Imobiliarios S.A. hereby announce their
intention to acquire the land bank attached to Shopping Plaza Niteroi with the
purpose of expanding the shopping mall and constructing a commercial tower.
The expansion should add approximately 10,000 square meters to BRMALLS' owned
GLA.
In accordance with the memorandum of understanding signed on this date,
BRMALLS will be responsible for 100% (one hundred percent) of the area
allocated for the expansion of Shopping Plaza Niteroi and CR2 for 100% (one
hundred percent) of the commercial building.
