The Issuer wishes to announce that the final Nominal Amounts in respect of its
recent issue of the Securities are:



Series 2008-09:

Tranche A: USD 67,525,000

Tranche B: USD 2,513,000

Series: USD 70,038,000



Series 2008-10:

Tranche A: EUR 59,372,000

Tranche B: EUR 15,735,000

Series: EUR 75,107,000

Accordingly, references in the prospectus to the Nominal Amount should be read
as that announced above.

The title of the Securities is now "USD 70,038,000 capital protected Securities
linked to the Man AP Stratum USD Protected Index - Series 2008-09" and "EUR
75,107,000 capital protected Securities linked to the Man AP Stratum EUR
Protected Index - Series 2008-10".
