RE: Buyback and Cancellation of Listing





The Issuer wishes to announce a buyback of the Notes with a trade date of 10
April 2008.



The Issuer has requested, and the Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to cancel the
listing of the Notes on the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of
the Irish Stock Exchange with effect from today, 10 April 2008.
