AUSTIN, Texas--(Business Wire)--
Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) is pleased to announce they have
entered a collections outsourcing agreement with San Joaquin County in
California. "We believe MSB to be the most qualified vendor for the
scope of work necessary to service our county. Also, their level of
ethics and execution were superior to other agencies we considered,"
said Bea Gin, Deputy CEO of the Court.

"Our experience in California, with our state contract through the
Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), continually brings us
opportunities to service government clients. Our agreement with San
Joaquin County is no exception," said Patrick J. Swanick, CEO of MSB.
The AOC is the staff agency of the Judicial Council, which has
policy-making authority over the state court system. San Joaquin
County has selected MSB to collect on their delinquent court fines and
fees for both traffic and criminal accounts.
