NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Zoom Media & Marketing today announced the appointment of Dan Levi
to the position of Senor Vice President, Digital Media and Strategic
Partnerships. Mr. Levi will lead the company's growth in the digital
out-of-home space, which continues to increase in importance as
advertisers look to it as one of the few options that can effectively
and efficiently reach the 21 to 34 year old demographic.

During his more than twenty-year career in the advertising and
media industries, Levi has achieved great success for a variety of
fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial companies. Highlights include
serving as Chief Marketing Officer of Monster.com's Internet
Advertising Division; Senior Vice President of Marketing at World
Wrestling Entertainment; and 10 years in a variety of executive roles
with MTV Networks, including Vice President of Licensing at MTV Asia.
He has also held leadership positions in a broad range of critical
business functions involving sales, business development and strategic
partnerships.

"We are thrilled to have a professional of Dan's caliber join
Zoom," said Zoom's U.S. President, Dennis Roche. "Several of us at
Zoom have worked closely with Dan over the years, and we feel he is a
perfect fit for the team-oriented, aggressive growth culture we have
at the company."

Levi's responsibilities will include overseeing the strategy and
key partnerships for Zoom's digital billboard business, as well as
working with Zoom's sales, marketing, and business development
functions to drive the overall business. Zoom currently has over 300
digital billboards in its Social Network with an announced target of
500 by late spring. This is in addition to over 30,000 fixed
billboards it has in more than 5,000 venues in its Social, Fitness,
and Active Family media networks.

"Zoom is one of the fastest growing companies in the media
industry and has a fantastic management team already in place," said
Levi. "I have enjoyed working with Zoom in the past and have seen how
their creative, professional employees consistently deliver results
for clients and business partners. Zoom is well positioned to be a
dominant player in digital out-of-home, and I'm very excited to help
take the company's digital business to the next level."

Zoom Media & Marketing recently announced an agreement to acquire
Alloy's Insite Advertising business which consists of media frames in
restaurants, bars, and nightclubs throughout the United States. With
this transaction, Zoom is now the dominant player in the bar and
nightlife advertising category.
