LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--
Panglobal Brands Inc. (OTCBB:PNGB) recently moved into its new
18,200 square foot facility in Los Angeles, California, a combined
design center and administrative headquarters. In line with the
company's strategy of building a series of apparel brands, the design
center has been organized so that each brand operates as a distinct
unit starting with creative design, graphic design and patternmaking
through to merchandising, marketing and sales. In addition, the
Company has three corporate showrooms-two in New York and the other in
Los Angeles. In our SoSik and junior business, we design, manufacture
and sell junior sportswear, t-shirts, dresses and other women's
apparel. In New York, the company's showroom for the Sosik division is
at 530 7th Avenue on the 27th Floor. This building is recognized as
the center of the junior apparel business in New York. In Los Angeles,
the company's corporate showroom for the Sosik division is at
California Market Center, 110 East Ninth Street.

Our contemporary divisions consist of Hauteur Mynk denim, Nela and
Tea and Honey. Hauteur Mynk represents our trademarked brand name for
the company's premium denim jeans, skirts, dresses and shorts. Nela
designs, merchandises and sells women's premium dresses using Italian
prints and related fabrics. Tea and Honey designs, merchandises and
sells women's mid-priced contemporary dresses and sportswear. The
company has a corporate showroom in New York for the Nela, Mynk, and
Tea and Honey divisions at 250 West 39th Street. In Los Angeles,
Dallas and Atlanta, we have under contract four independent sales
showrooms representing our Mynk, Nela and Tea and Honey brands as well
as the newest addition to our stable of brands, Haven dresses.
Independent sales showrooms carry other apparel brands and bring
access to additional customers.

We currently have 55 full-time employees: two (2) are executive,
nine (9) are design staff, eighteen (18) are production staff, sixteen
(16) are sewing staff, five (5) are sales staff and five (5) are
accounting/administration staff.

"We believe that our strategy of having diversified brands from
contemporary through juniors gives us a competitive edge in being able
to create products using the most up-to-date fabrics and designs. This
allows us access to design products that have incredible retail value
for our customers at different price points and to achieve additional
sales revenue," said Stephen Soller, Chief Executive Officer of
Panglobal Brands Inc.
