The Watermill Group announced today that it has acquired C&M
Technologies Group, Inc. d.b.a. C&M Corporation ("C&M"), a leading
manufacturer of custom cable, coil cords and cable assemblies. With
manufacturing capabilities in the United States and Mexico, C&M is
well positioned as a top supplier of specialized cabling solutions to
Fortune 500 companies in the industrial, medical, defense, multimedia,
datacom and data collection industries.

Headquartered in Wauregan, Connecticut, C&M has transformed from a
wire salvage business in its formative years into a premier
manufacturer of high performance cable products. William Mueller,
Chief Executive Officer of C&M, will continue to lead the management
team.
