DUNDEE REIT (TSX: D.UN) will be releasing its financial results for the
quarter ended March 31, 2008, on Wednesday, May 7, 2008.

Michael Cooper, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Michael
Knowlton, President and Chief Operating Officer and Mario Barrafato,
Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer will discuss the
results at the Trust's annual and special meeting, being held at 2:00
