Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Ofer Bar-Ner, Chief Financial Officer of
BATM, has today sold his entire holding of ordinary shares in Company, being
158,600 shares, at a price of 39.5 pence per share.

Mr Bar-Ner continues to hold options over 1,663,333 ordinary shares, of which
1,333,333 have vested and 330,000 have not yet vested.
