The Company was notified on 10 April 2008 that, as at 8 April 2008, Artemis
Investment Management Limited and certain of its investment clients were
interested in 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in Redhall, representing
approximately 5.86% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
