Oceaneering International Announces First Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call Dates

HOUSTON--(Business Wire)--
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) announced it will
release its earnings for the first quarter of 2008 on Wednesday, April
30, 2008 after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

   A conference call to discuss the quarter's results and the
Company's future business outlook is scheduled for Thursday, May 1, at
11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. Central Time).

   This call will be webcast by CCBN and can be accessed at
www.companyboardroom.com. An archived replay will be available for two
weeks starting one hour after the call.
