Veris received notification dated 09 April 2008 from BNY Custodial Nominees Ltd
and Bank of Ireland Ltd of a decrease in its notifiable interest in the Company.
The notification states that BNY Custodial Nominees Ltd and Bank of Ireland Ltd
is the beneficial holder of 3,032,905 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing approximately 11.73% of the 25,858,880 shares in issue.



The shares are beneficially owned by:


BNY Custodial Nominees Ltd                       13,377
Bank of Ireland Nominees Ltd                  3,019,528
