Penn Traffic Schedules April 18 Conference Call to Review Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and 12 Months of Fiscal 2008

The Penn Traffic Company (Pink Sheets: PTFC) has scheduled a
conference call to discuss its audited financial statements and
operating performance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending
Feb. 2, 2008.

   The call will include remarks by Chief Executive Officer Gregory
