Miles Electric Vehicles Appoints Kevin Czinger to President/CEO Position

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Miles Electric Vehicles announced today the appointment of Kevin
Czinger as President and Chief Executive Officer.

   "As our Company has grown, we have recognized the need to broaden
our management capacity, and I am delighted that Mr. Czinger has
agreed to join our team," stated Founder and Chairman Miles Rubin.

   Czinger has extensive operating experience and a proven track
record of performance in start-up and emerging growth companies.
Previously, he has served as a senior executive with Goldman Sachs,
Bertelsmann AG, the Webvan Group and Global Signal. Czinger has also
been active at Benchmark Capital and as a senior Managing Director of
Fortress Private Equity Funds. He is a graduate of Yale College and
Yale Law School where he remains active, and is a leader in the
charter school initiative for inner cities through his sponsorship of
Achievement First Schools.

   Czinger's appointment coincides with MILES' emergence as a leader
in the low speed, electric vehicle industry and at a time of rapid
advancement toward the production of its all electric, highway speed
XS500 sedan.

   Czinger will lead the MILES executive team, which consists of Jeff
Boyd, Chief Operating Officer, and Kevin Kiley, Senior Vice President
of Manufacturing and Logistics.
