Enersource Corporation Announces Change to Board of Directors

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, Apr 10 (MARKET WIRE) --
Enersource Corporation has announced the appointment of Mr. John McManus
to serve on its Board of Directors.
Mr. McManus joins Michael Nobrega representing the corporation's private
shareholder BPC Energy Corporation (Borealis), a subsidiary of the
Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS). City-appointed
representatives on the ten-member public-private Board of Directors are
Mississauga Mayor Hazel McCallion, City of Mississauga Councillors Eve
Adams, Katie Mahoney and Carolyn Parrish and citizen members Gerald
Beasley, Hasan Imam, Robert MacCallum and Norman Loberg (Chair).
Mr. McManus is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered
Accountants. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at Borealis
Infrastructure, an investment arm of OMERS. Mr. McManus is a current
member of several other Boards, including Bruce Power Inc., Enwave
Corporation and Ciel Satellite Communications Inc.
Enersource Corporation is a diversified power company, focusing on
quality of service with the local distribution of electricity and
non-regulated technology services related to the electricity sector. The
Corporation is 90% owned by the City of Mississauga, and 10% owned by BPC
Energy Corporation.
