W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: BER) will release its first
quarter 2008 earnings after the market closes on Thursday, April 24,

   The company has scheduled its quarterly conference call with
analysts and investors to discuss its earnings and other information
on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. eastern time. A live audio
