Vectren Schedules 2008 First Quarter Release and Conference Call

EVANSVILLE, Ind., April 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vectren Corporation
(NYSE: VVC) will announce its 2008 first quarter results after the market
closes on Wednesday, April 30, 2008.  Vectren management will discuss those
results during a conference call on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., EDT.
