LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--
The LA Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC) and Wolfgang Puck
Catering present the 6th annual NFL 101/201- Get Ready for Some
Football: An Intimate Evening with NFL Legends on Monday, July 14,
2008, 5:30pm-9:30pm. This is an officially sanctioned NFL event where
guests can experience a once-in-a-lifetime evening, playing on the
field at one of the most historic sites in football history, the Los
Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

The first annual LASEC Community Sportsman of the Year Award will
be presented to Tom Rudnai, President and General Manager of Longo
Toyota/Scion/Lexus in El Monte, California. The award was established
to recognize and honor an individual who continually contributes to
LASEC and the surrounding communities. Rudnai serves on the board of
directors of LASEC and also serves on the Advisory Board for the Chief
of Police for the City of El Monte. Longo Toyota is the world's
largest automobile dealership and has been the #1 Toyota dealership in
the U.S. for 34 consecutive years.

This year's NFL 101/201 highly anticipated night of events will
include a wide array of activities called "Play Like A Pro" Experience
on the field. These activities include a punting competition, passing
competition, field goal kicking challenge, equipment demonstration, an
opportunity to catch passes from an NFL quarterback, calling
play-by-play action on some of the most exciting moments in NFL
history, an NFL Photo Opportunity, and locker room and press box
tours. The event, which includes a cocktail reception and a buffet
dinner, will take place along with a panel discussion of NFL legends.

"This event gives armchair quarterbacks the chance to come out and
experience what it's like to play on the field. We will give both fans
and non-fans an opportunity to learn more about football and drive
interest for the NFL's potential return to Los Angeles," said Kathryn
Schloessman, President of LASEC.

Sponsors and ticket buyers include men and women in the business,
entertainment and sports industries, along with the media. Wolfgang
Puck, Classic Party Rentals and Toyota will help support this year's
events. Several levels of participation are available, including the
Super Bowl Sponsorship ($25,000), Touchdown Sponsorship ($12,500) and
Field Goal Sponsorship ($5,000). Company jerseys are an incentive to
becoming a sponsor and a Super Bowl sponsor will have private time on
the football field. Additionally, a few individual tickets are
available for $550 each.
