      FrontPoint Consumer and Industrials Offshore Fund Ltd. (the "Fund")



                         (Re:     Delisting of Series)



The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Fund wish to announce that they have
applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to delist the following Series of Shares
(the "Shares") from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the
Irish Stock Exchange:



Class A - Series 10/2006



Class B - Series 10/2006



Class C - Series 10/2006



Class C - Series 10/2007





Application has been made for the Shares of the Fund to be removed from the
Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and from trading on the Main Market of
the Irish Stock Exchange and the Exchange has agreed that the Shares be delisted
with effect from today.
