The Board of ThirdForce announces that Pat McDonagh, chairman, has today
purchased 315,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of Eur0.134.



Following this transaction, Mr McDonagh is now interested in 54,055,490 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 21.27 per cent of the Company's total issued
share capital.
