Transaction in Own Shares



RCG Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that on 9 April 2008 it purchased
25,000 ordinary shares for treasury at an average price of 72.35 pence per
share.

Following this the Company's issued share capital consists of 232,267,677
ordinary shares with 607,677 ordinary shares  held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RCG Holdings Limited is 231,660,000.
