The Board of ThirdForce has been advised that, further to the announcement of
7.54am today, Pat McDonagh's, purchase of 315,000 shares was made in error and
the trade has now been reversed.


As a result, Mr McDonagh continues to be interested in 53,740,490 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 21.15 per cent of the Company's total issued
share capital.
