U.S. Treasury balances at Fed lower on April 9

 WASHINGTON, April 10 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury balances at
the Federal Reserve, based on the Treasury Department's latest
budget statement (billions of dollars, except where noted):

 National debt
 subject to limit       9,358.376    9,367.091
 The statutory debt limit is $9.815 trillion.
 The Treasury said it issued $430 million in individual
income tax refunds and $85 million in corporate income tax
refunds.
