ATR wins $37 mln deal with Bangkok Airways
PARIS, April 15 |
PARIS, April 15 (Reuters) - Regional plane maker ATR, a joint venture between EADS (EAD.PA) and Italy's Finmeccanica (SIFI.MI), said on Tuesday that Bangkok Airways had ordered two ATR 72-500 planes.
ATR said the deal was valued at $37 million and has been signed with Irish-based leasing company AIR Ltd (Aircraft International Renting), a subsidiary of TAT Group, which will lease the aircraft to the airline. (Reporting by Sudip Kar-Gupta; Editing by Paul Bolding)
