                                 AGM statement



Stadium Group plc, the AIM listed provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services,
held it's AGM on 17 April 2008.



Chairman Nick Brayshaw made the following comments:



"Sales for the first quarter of 2008 were well ahead of the corresponding period
last year.



Economic forecasts in the wider global economy show evidence of weakening
consumer demand, however the overall outlook for Stadium continues to be
encouraging."
